As much as I talked about loving black in a bedroom, I also think white is a great color for furniture. It sets a completely different feel for your room. It also doesn’t have to be just a kids or babies room color but can work great as a guest room or master room. For me white is simple, classic and always elegant. It works with so many colors and it always brightens the room. Perfect if you don’t get plenty of natural light.

The “Portofino Collection” is one of my favorite collections. Firstly I really like dark wood and black furniture for a bedroom, when designed well. I think it is classy and allows you to play a lot with deep color schemes while at the same time contrast with lighter themes also. The new age designs also give black and dark wood a lot of wealth in design. The one thing I would always consider is how much light there is in the room. This collection looks great in a room which has a lot of light. If you love it and feel your room doesn’t get enough natural light, you need to factor in additional room lighting to really complement the furniture.
